Limerence reads the business data you connect, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube, Merchant Center and AdSense, and answers your questions about it. It comes as a desktop app and as a web app.

The desktop app keeps your connected data on your computer. The web app keeps it on our servers, in your own workspace. This policy explains what we collect in each, where it is stored, and who can see it.

Website visitors: We may collect basic analytics data (page views, referral sources) to understand how visitors use our website. This data is anonymized and aggregated.

Your account: When you sign in with Google, our sign-in service keeps your email address, your name, and the link to your Google account so the app can refresh its access. We create a workspace for you named after you.

Diagnostics: Both apps send us error reports and event logs so we can fix problems. They can include the queries Limerence ran on your data, the names of your data sources, the ids of your chats and your account, and, in the desktop app, file paths on your computer and your operating system and version. Passwords, keys, and sign-in tokens are removed before they are recorded. These logs are tied to your account; they are not anonymous.

We use the information we collect to:

Desktop app: the data you connect is stored on your computer in the app's data folder. We do not upload it to our servers.

Web app: the data you connect is stored on our servers in your workspace, kept apart from every other workspace, and refreshed once a day. Your spaces, chats, dashboards and reports are stored there too.

In either app, removing a connected account deletes its stored copy, and deleting a space deletes its chats and files. Account information and diagnostics are stored on our servers with industry-standard security measures. Deleting your account removes them.

To answer a question, Limerence sends your question and the data needed to answer it to an AI model.

In the web app, that request goes from our servers to our AI provider, OpenRouter, and your chats are stored in your workspace.

In the desktop app, with the AI included in Limerence, the request goes through our sign-in service to OpenRouter so that we can pay for it. We can see how much each account uses, not what was asked.

If you connect your own AI provider or subscription, the app talks to that provider directly from your computer, and that provider's privacy policy applies to the request.

When you connect Google to Limerence, Google asks you to allow access to the products you choose: Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube, Merchant Center and AdSense. Limerence reads performance data for the accounts you pick, such as clicks, impressions, sessions, ad spend, video views, product clicks and ad earnings by day. It never changes your campaigns, listings, videos or settings. For Google Ads and Merchant Center, Google offers no read-only permission, so its consent screen asks for more than reading; Limerence still only reads.

The desktop app stores that data on your computer. The web app stores it in your workspace on our servers and refreshes it once a day.

That data is used for one thing: answering your questions, and building the dashboards and reports you ask for, inside Limerence. It is sent to our AI provider only to answer your questions. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it or share it with anyone, and no one at Limerence reads it unless you ask us to, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

Your Google authorization is stored encrypted so Limerence can keep your data up to date. You can remove a connected account inside the app at any time, which deletes its stored copy. You can also remove Limerence under "Third-party access" in your Google Account, which ends the app's access at once.

Limerence's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
